Welcome to SusaN Joy Yoga! I have always gravitated towards practicing different fitness programs, including yoga and meditation. However, now that I’m retired from Corporate America, I’ve spent time focusing on my own self-care by unwinding and undoing the damage from leading a stressful, hectic lifestyle hunched over a computer all day. Yikes, that was stressfulmaybe you can relate? This undoing and unwinding is the primary reason why I became a Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher, to help people reach their health goals and discover the power and healing benefits of a consistent yoga and meditation practice.
