Welcome to SusaN Joy Yoga! I have always gravitated towards practicing different fitness programs, including yoga and meditation. However, now that I’m retired from Corporate America, I’ve spent time focusing on my own self-care by unwinding and undoing the damage from leading a stressful, hectic lifestyle hunched over a computer all day. Yikes, that was stressful — maybe you can relate? This undoing and unwinding is the primary reason why I became a Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher, to help people reach their health goals and discover the power and healing benefits of a consistent yoga and meditation practice.

I have had the pleasure of participating in meditation practice led by Sue. It is not something I have done before so I was somewhat apprehensive. I have found the practice to be more and better than I expected. Once a week it provides a very soothing time for me. The tools of meditation practice are very easy to use and are truly helpful when situations of anxiety or stress present. I recommend meditation practice with Susan. She is a true professional with excellent skills. I’ve also taken yoga classes with Susan that are excellent for my level.
